    2010年1月25日，中国民主党全国委员会（筹）东南亚地区委员会、中国工党曼谷党部成员、及部分旅泰中国民主人士聚集到联合国驻泰国总部前，举行“要求中共当局立即释放刘晓波先生、声援冯正虎先生回国回家权利的集会。
    
    集会开始中国民主党全国委员会（筹）与中国工党曼谷党部负责人向联合国驻泰国总部递交了共同致《联合国秘书长的公开信》，恳请联合国秘书长和国际社会密切关注目前中国日益恶化的人权现状，敦促中共当局立即释放刘晓波先生！恢复冯正虎先生回国的权利。
    
    随后全体成员在活动的现场进行签名 ，并在联合国驻曼谷总部前集会。
    
    参加今天集会有从美国远道而来的中国民主党联合总部顾问王希哲先生及中国民主党全国委员会（筹）东南亚地区委员会、中国工党曼谷党部、以及旅泰的中国民主人士：庞晶、程伟民、郭庆海、梁世伟、金狄拉、吕洪来等。

    致联合国秘书长的公开信
    
    尊敬的联合国秘书长阁下：
    
    2009年12月25日，中共当局不顾国际社会的广泛关注和呼吁，判处中国《零八宪章》起草人刘晓波先生十一年有期徒刑，剥夺政治权利两年。
    
    这种公然以言治罪、动用国家机器镇压中国知识分子和平表达自己政治诉求的行为，不仅踏破了公民自由的基本底线，使中国的人权状况恶化到了近年来的最低点，也严重地违反了中共自己已经签署的联合国人权公约！违背了国际社会公认的基本人权原则！
    
    冯正虎先生已滞留日本成田机场两个多月，至今看不到回国的任何希望。没有任何法律依据和书面文件，仅仅靠上级的口头命令就可以把本国公民拒绝于国门之外，这种荒唐透顶的事只有中共当局才干得出来！
    
    我们恳请联合国秘书长和国际社会密切关注中国社会目前日益恶化的人权现状，敦促中共当局履行自己签署的联合国有关公民权利的国际公约，立即释放刘晓波先生，恢复冯正虎先生回国的权利，并彻底改变侵犯人权的一贯错误做法，最终回到国际社会公认的正确轨道上来！

    The 25th of January, 2009
    
    The Honourable Secretary-General and High Commissioner for Human Rights Council of the United Nations,
    
    Recently, the sufferings of the two Chinese citizens----Liu Xiaobo and Feng Zhenghu have shocked the kind-hearted people all around the world and drawn a lot of sympathies and support from them. As the political parties struggling for China's democratization and the improvement of human rights conditions, we request you to pay your attention on the two people’s fortunes and help them to get out of the persecutions from the Chinese authorities.
    
    Liu Xiaobo, the drafter of the “08 Charter”, was sentenced for an 11-year imprisonment by the Chinese authority on 25th of December, 2009. Such behaviour as punishing people by their expressions of political opinion is not only the infringement of the essential freedom for Chinese people, but also a humiliation for the “International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights”.
     、
    After being rejected to get into his motherland for eight times, Feng Zhenghu has been detained at an airport in Japan for nearly three months, and as of today he cannot see any hope to get free and return to China. As a Chinese citizen with valid Chinese passport, his being held up undoubtedly shows how serious the problems of human rights are in China.
    
    The Chinese Government has signed the “international convenant on civil and political rights”, therefore they should observe and put it in practice but not use their signing to fool international society. As the first step to change their mistake, they should release Liu Xiaobo and allow Feng Zhenghu to return to China immediately. Also, for the reason to defend human rights and the dignity of the “international convenant on civil and political rights”, the United Nations should bring sufficient pressure to bear on the Chinese Government, forcing them to stop political persecutions and finally return to the acknowledgedly correct track.
